LA STRUTTURA

L’agriturismo, che si trova in paese, è stato ricavato da un vecchio edificio della nostra famiglia, un tempo adibito a stalla e allevamento di bachi da seta. Per farlo, quindi, non abbiamo consumato prezioso terreno agricolo, ma recuperato un pezzo di storia locale.
Abbiamo eseguito un restauro rispettoso dello stile architettonico e degli spazi dell’antico stabile, e utilizzato materiali locali come i legni di larice e castagno, la pietra detta “lasta morta”, il ferro, ecc…

OUR STRUCTURE

The farmhouse, located in the village, was converted from an old building belonging to our family, once used as a stable and silkworm breeding. To do this, therefore, we did not consume precious agricultural land, but recovered a piece of local history.
We carried out a restoration that was respectful of the architectural style and spaces of the ancient building, and used typical local materials such as larch and chestnut wood, the stone called “dead stone”, iron, etc…

LO STILE

Abbiamo unito lo spirito sobrio e pratico della storica architettura contadina, con accorgimenti innovativi e eco-compatibili.
Volevamo ottenere uno stile minimalista, confortevole, pulito, spazioso, e dal sapore vagamente nordico, con stanze ariose e luminose.
Molti arredi sono fatti da noi, a mano, utilizzando il legname dei nostri boschi (larici, castagni, e vecchi ciliegi) e reinterpretando pezzi dell’antica struttura (la vecchia finestra è diventata un tavolo, la scala una libreria, ecc…).

OUR STYLE

We have combined the sober and practical spirit of historic peasant architecture, with innovative and eco-compatible features.
We wanted to achieve a minimalist style, comfortable, clean, spacious, and with a vaguely Nordic flavor, with airy and bright rooms.
Many of the furnishings are made by us, by hand, using the wood of our woods (larch, chestnut, and old cherry trees) and reinterpreting pieces of the ancient structure (the old window has become a table, the staircase a bookcase, etc …).

LE COLAZIONI

Serviamo colazioni nutrienti e genuine, fatte in casa con nostre materie prime, o con prodotti acquistati da produttori locali, prevalentemente con ingredienti biologici e a km zero.
Sono colazioni semplici e generose, ma senza l’opulenza che troppo spesso genera solo inutili sprechi alimentari.

OUR BREAKFASTS

We serve nutritious and genuine breakfasts, homemade with our raw materials, or with products purchased from local producers, mainly with organic ingredients and zero km.
They are simple and generous breakfasts, but without the opulence that too often generates only unnecessary food waste.
