We are a small peasant reality, born in 2016 from the desire to grow our food.
In 2021 our fields obtained the ORGANIC CERTIFICATION with > see certificate of conformity
We grow organic vegetables, fruit (apples, currants and blackberries), and aromatic herbs, and we make processed products (juices, jams, vegetables in jars) following the rhythms of Mother Nature, without the use of any synthetic chemical substance, without herbicides, or other harmful products.
We help the development of our plants with lots of manual work, light and low impact tools, natural products, and following cultivation models developed in the market garden and in agroecology. Extraordinary techniques in which we are gradually developing: we believe in work done with dedication, patience and curiosity. Nature is a great teacher, always, and her teachings must be earned with commitment, knowing that you never stop learning!
Furthermore, since 2021, we have started to breed laying hens and bees.
We also collaborate with other producers in the area, whom we trust, to offer our customers a good variety of products, guaranteeing a transparent and verifiable supply chain.
We offer products according to the availability that the earth and the seasons allow us to collect: a short supply chain and respect for seasonality can contribute to making our actions more sustainable for the planet that hosts us, and for the earth that is given to us by generations future…
